GENERAL TERMS

Massages and treatments include access to facilities (dry sauna, steam bath, Scottish shower, relaxation area, and fitness area)

Prices in pesos Argentinos, VAT included.

Prices are subject to changes.

SERVICE HOURS

Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Treatments and massages require prior reservation.

Fitness area, Wellness area, indoor heated pool: Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 9 PM.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Reservations

We recommend you make your reservation by calling extension 1237, or personally at the Spa’s Front Desk from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Appointments

We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to relax and enjoy your Spa program in full.

If you arrive late, the treatment time will be shorter and you will not be able to take full advantage of the program.

The cost of the program will be the same, regardless of the time of arrival at the spa.

Attire

For added comfort, you will be given a robe and slippers and offered a locker for your personal belongings.

We recommend not to bring valuables.

Etiquette

Please take a shower before any treatment.

Cancellation policy

We kindly request that cancellations be made 2 hours before scheduled appointments.

Otherwise, the cost of the canceled treatment will be added to the relevant room rate.

Health information

Please fill out the form you will be given at the spa. The information provided will help us design a personalized treatment program.

Spa stay

The Spa is an exclusive area for guests using the spa facilities, so they are free to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing environment.

Children

Children under 13 are not allowed in the Spa. Children can make use of the heated pool.

Tips

Treatment rates do not include tips.
